However, individual tastes can vary significantly and we cannot accept returns or process refunds of opened bottles based on flavor preference alone. That said, we thrive on feedback and always want to hear from our customers. If you didn’t love something you bought, email us at info@drinklapos.com and our NA experts will try to point you in the right direction.

If your order arrived incorrect and is unconsumed and unopened, we will work with you to get a replacement or refund — just let us know within 30 days from when you receive the product. Shoot us a note with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll start the process — info@drinklapos.com.

We pack each order with care, but we can't control how your package is handled (or the freezing temps) when it leaves our warehouse. We are committed to the best customer experience possible, so if your order is damaged or lost in transit, please let us know and we will immediately refund or dispatch a replacement order to you.
