Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental 48 states. No international shipping — yet!
Orders above $50 include free shipping! Anything below is a flat $7.99 for the entire order (so make sure you order more bottles!).
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay (if checking out from your mobile device).
We begin packing orders on the same or next business day, Monday-Friday. Depending on your location, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days from the order date. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday would ship Monday (so we can spend some time with our family outside the warehouse!).
If your order is incorrect, unconsumed, and unopened, we will work with you to get a replacement or refund — just let us know within 30 days from when you receive the product. Shoot us a note with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll start the process — info@drinklapos.com.
We want our customers to have the best possible experience. And while we pack each order with extreme care, we can’t control what happens when your order leaves our warehouse. If our customers opt-in to Shipping Protection at checkout, The Zero Proof team will quickly process claims and replace or refund your order if it’s lost in transit, stolen, or damaged. If something goes wrong with your order, just let us know by reporting any issues in the order tracking portal. We make it easy for you. Should you opt-out of Shipping Protection, we can’t be held responsible for any issues that arise once your order leaves our facility... You’ll need to file any claims directly with the carrier and not with The Zero Proof (we promise we’ll provide a much smoother and pleasant experience!).
