The Lapo’s Florence Getaway Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by The Zero Proof Holdings, Inc., 1015 Collier Rd NW, Suite A, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of The Zero Proof Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 3rd, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on February 28, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

To enter, visit www.drinklapos.com/florencegiveaway during the Contest Period and complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, and any other required fields. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period. Multiple entries or automated methods of entry will result in disqualification. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Florence, Italy, including:

• Round-trip economy class airfare for one (1) from the major U.S. airport nearest the winner’s residence to Florence, Italy.
• Four (4) days and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $5,000. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates, and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

All travel must be completed by December 31, 2026, and is subject to availability, blackout dates, and Sponsor approval. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for valid passports, visas, and travel insurance (if desired). Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or circumstances beyond its control.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will occur on or about April 1st, 2026 and will be conducted by The Zero Proof Holdings, Inc. or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final.

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or fails to return required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning.

Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release prior to prize award.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for The Zero Proof Holdings, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, voice, and statements for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Zero Proof Holdings, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical malfunctions; unauthorized human intervention; or injury or damage arising from participation or prize use.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Information collected from entrants is subject to The Zero Proof Holdings, Inc. Privacy Policy, available at [insert Privacy Policy URL].

Winner List
